Shipping 🛸

When will my order ship? 

Everything in the shop is made by a single human with the help of a few fur-legged friends. We work diligently to make and ship your items with lightning speed. 

My processing time is currently 2-7 business days. 

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, online promotions, or pre-orders the processing time is subject to change. I am eternally grateful for your patience with my small handmade business. 

All items are shipped USPS and you will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. 

What if my package was lost or stolen?

While I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you choose to purchase insured shipping at checkout, I will do my best to help you out! Please use the contact form on my site. 

Returns 📦

What is your return policy?

Contact me using this form within 10 days of receiving your item.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Custom orders are not returnable.

How do I care for my new acrylic jewelry?

All of my items are made from durable materials but please handle with care!

Customization 👽

Do you offer earring backing options for folks with non-pierced or stretched ears?

I am able to switch out the backings for most earrings.

Just add a note to me during checkout if you would like a non-pierced or gauged option. 

Be sure to check your e-mail for follow up correspondence from me as I may have additional questions to fulfill a custom backing order.

Repairs 🧰

HALP! One of my favorite Queenbeams earrings is broken! Do you do repairs?

If an item breaks, I will do my best to repair it.

If the breakage is beyond reasonable wear and tear, a fee may be associated with the repair. Please contact me here.

Some things to keep in mind: I may not have a particular material or hardware in stock anymore. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
